Emilyann Guillaume is a published author, speaker, mental health advocate, and founder of Hipsters Diaries Inc. whose work is rooted in healing, mentorship, advocacy, and community transformation. Guided by faith, lived experience, and a deep commitment to helping others, she has dedicated her life to creating safe spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
As a proud Rasta woman and practicing Rastafarian, Emilyann’s connection to God and alignment with Jah Rastafari are deeply woven into the foundation of her work. Her mission is centered around emotional healing, self awareness, and restoring hope within communities through meaningful connection and support.
Emilyann is an honorably discharged United States Navy veteran currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while actively working within the field of social services. Her professional and personal experiences have strengthened her passion for mental health awareness, youth mentorship, juvenile justice advocacy, and community based healing initiatives.
Through Hipsters Diaries Inc., Emilyann works to support at-risk youth and families by providing mentorship, mental health workshops, creative expression programs, community outreach, and access to resources that encourage long term growth and stability. Her vision is to help transform lives by addressing the root causes of trauma, building stronger communities, and creating environments where healing can take place authentically.
Emilyann believes that healing is layered, growth is continuous, and transformation begins within. Everything she creates is rooted in one purpose: to transform a heart is to save a life.
Danirma Cima

Danirma Cima is an accomplished education professional, business leader, and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience serving students, families, and communities within New York City Public Schools since 2007. She is the Founder and CEO of Bridging Cultures LLC since 2022, a consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses, and organizations strengthen leadership, cultivate sustainable growth, enhance organizational culture, and build impactful community and stakeholder relationships. Through strategic consulting, professional development, and operational support, Bridging Cultures LLC empowers emerging and established organizations to grow with purpose, innovation, and long-term success.
Danirma earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Long Island University and holds a Master’s degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources. She currently serves as a School Business Manager for the NYC Department of Education, where she oversees operational management, strategic planning, and systems that support organizational excellence and student achievement.

Norma M. serves as the Secretary of Hipsters Diaries. She is proud to be part of an organization dedicated to providing valuable resources and community support to those in need.
She is deeply passionate about uplifting the community. Professionally, Norma works as a DDD Counselor, providing community based support, behavioral intervention, and skill building services for adults with developmental disabilities. Her work focuses on helping individuals gain independence and improve their quality of life through compassionate guidance. Norma is committed to extending this support to the broader community to create a positive and lasting impact.
