Emilyann represented Hipster’s Diaries alongside fellow organizers, where she shared the story behind the origination creation and the personal life experiences that drive her vision. During the event, she engaged with both the youth and the broader community, fostering meaningful conversations that bridge generations.
Her presentation also showcased exciting upcoming initiatives, successfully cultivating new connections and collaborative opportunities with other local organizers.
Mental Health & Vison Board Workshop
Hipster’s Diaries Inc. proudly collaborated with Prime Factors Learning Lab to host an empowering Mental Health & Vision Board Workshop for local youth. Together, we created a vibrant space centered on self-expression, goal setting, and mental wellness through creative reflection, group connection, and fun. Facilitated by Founder Emilyann “Poetic Mi” and Communications Specialist David, this inspiring day provided the next generation with a safe environment to dream, heal, and thrive.
Feeding Hearts and Futures
Hipsters Diaries Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on mental health awareness, juvenile justice advocacy, healing, and bringing resources back into the community.
On July 18, Hipster’s Diaries Inc. proudly partnered with New Hope Baptist Church in Newark to host the Feeding Hearts & Futures Community Resource Fair. Together with nine incredible partners, we provided fresh meals, health screenings, and vital support spanning housing, wellness, and legal services. A huge thank you to all of our wonderful vendors, donors, and volunteers who made this powerful day of connection and hope possible!
